Before founding BillTime.ai, Eleanore led Product, Analytics and Sales Ops functions at Coupa Software. She also brings product and finance expertise from HP, Intuit, The Walt Disney Company and E&Y.

Brent is an Advisor to BillTime.ai. He brings over 20 years of experience as a General Partner at Canaan Partners, an early stage VC Firm.

Eddy is an Engineering Advisor for BillTime.ai. He is a Principal Engineer at Coupa Software were he has worked for over 10 years. During his tenure at Coupa he has architected and built enterprise-grade systems that support Fortune 500 companies with Procurement, Global Invoicing and Payment Solutions.

Pallavi leads AI-first Product Strategy and Development at BillTime.ai, bringing extensive experience in building and scaling products. She previously held roles in Product Management over 10 years at Coupa Software and has a background in software development and management. 

David is an Engineering & Architecture Advisor to BillTime.ai. He was previously the Senior Vice President of Technology and Architecture at Coupa Software. During his over 15 years at Coupa he was a guiding hand behind  all major products and platforms.

Lori is a Sales & Success Advisor and was previously VP of Customer Success at Coupa. There she led teams that ensured customers understood the value they were getting from the platform and products to achieve industry-leading renewal rates. She also held executive sales and channel strategy roles at Deloitte and National Semiconductor.

James is leading investigations into the application of GenAI to make user workflows more intuitive, touchless and delightful. Previously James was a Principal Technical Writer with Coupa Software where he worked for 10 years.​

Peter is building next gen frameworks and tools for ensuring user success that span from initial design to measurement. Previously Peter was developing and managing the automated UI test suite at Coupa where he worked for over 12 years.​

Marjan Amiri joins BillTime with extensive experience in developing delightful point-of-sale user experiences that enable product exploration and brand showcasing to increase store revenue. She has deep familiarity with the core tech (HTML, CSS, Vue.js, CMS) needed to bring data to life.

Miles is the marketing intern leading beta customer acquisition & SEO outreach for BillTime.ai. He is a second year at UC Berkeley pursuing business administration in the startup space. His passion was sparked in Porto's European Innovation Academy where Miles co-founded Spatch, an interactive cooking app that qualified as a finalist for Nixon Peabody's $3k Trademark Artisan Award.
